An 8-inch chuck small-width, space-saving machine
We have achieved the smallest machine width in the industry at 1,250mm and installation area of 1.85m2 with the 8-inch chuck specification. The smaller machine footprint contributes to increased factory productivity.
Superior machining chip processing
We have kept the machining cutting drop hole area the same as that of the ″X-150″, even while reducing the machine width by 20%, and we have achieved smooth chip flow.
Energy-saving machine
By reducing the weight of the individual parts, we reduced the materials used and decreased power consumption therefore, also reducing emissions to the environment.
An automated system
By mounting a ″ΣGH″ loader, the gantry-type servo loader with the highest speed in Japan, both speed and strength are established, achieving even more stable loading and shortened cycle times.
